Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China, it takes about 20 minutes from Baiyun Airport. All our clients from home or abroad arewarmly welcomed to visit us!

What is the MOQ for your product?

Normally MOQ for each item is 2 Pcs. For some special items, please contact us and let's talk.

Can I Get a Sample Before Order in Bulk?

Sure.we can offer you sample for free with delivery cost collected. Email us to get samples. (sample fee will refund after you place an order)

How can I track my package?

After we send the products, 12-24 hours we will send tracking number to you. Then you can track your products on your local express website. if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you can let your forwarderarrange the shipment. lf so, you will no need to pay the freight cost to us.

What certificates do you have?

Most of our products have CE, LVD, EMC and Rohs certificates. Our factory has ISO90001/TÜV/SGS certification.

Can We Customize Box or Print Logo?

Yes. Most of our products are OEM and ODM, we produce our items with your Logo and requirements of all packing details.

What's the warranty of your products?

We have 2 year warranty. Within the warranty if you have any quality issues we will send you parts for replacement. Even out of warranty, as long as you are using our products. We will still have service support for you all the time. If out of warranty if you need any parts you only need to pay the cost and shipping. Marslite will always be your best partner.
